Stuck in My Head (Doo-Dee-Doo) is built around the simplest problem in music: sometimes a melody gets into your head and refuses to leave.
This one leans into that idea completely. A 128 BPM club track with a deep house bassline, bright sawtooth hook, chopped vocals and that deliberately repetitive Doo-Dee-Doo phrase that keeps circling back no matter how many times you think it is finished. There is a bit of that glossy 2010s club sound in here, but with a darker, more seductive edge underneath it.
There is no complicated story this time. The hook is the story.
And if Doo-Dee-Doo is still playing in your head five minutes after the track ends, then I guess it worked.
